1. What are the benefits of this offer?
This voucher entitles you to a complimentary facial at participating outlets in select cities. 

2. Can I book the service for today?
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is mandatory to make an appointment. Once confirmed, an email with the booking details will be sent to you on your registered email ID. In case of non-availability, we will provide you with an alternate slot or venue on email. 

3. I was not able to avail the benefits/ could not make it today, please book my appointment for tomorrow?
If you fail to cancel your booking within 24 hours of the appointment or before receiving booking confirmation email from our end, your voucher would be deemed as redeemed and cannot be re-used again.

4. I need to reschedule/ cancel my booking where do I raise the request?
For rescheduling or cancellation on the booking you can send an email to us on pondsoffer@bigcity.in. 

5. I could not reach the venue on booking date.
If you do not show at the venue or you’re late at the venue, your voucher would be deemed as redeemed and cannot be re-used again.

6. Is it possible for me to receive service if I arrive late to the venue?
You must arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before your confirmed slot/booking. If you arrive late or fail to arrive on time, your voucher will be considered redeemed and cannot be used again. 

7. What do I need to do to on the venue?
To avail the experience, present the voucher and flash the booking confirmation email upon arrival at the venue. Any additional services undertaken would need to be borne by you at the actual cost as per the salon rate card.

8. Can I redeem the offer directly at the venue. 
Walk-in customers without prior reservation will not be entertained at the venue.

9. What will be the duration of the treatment?
Treatments available and their duration vary between venues.

10. I want to book my preferred venue/salon?
Participating venues and salon are all contracted to participate in the pampering offer and reserve the right to vary times and offer availability (e.g. Public holidays). Some participating venues have restricted times on the availability of the offer – customers are recommended to call in advance to check.

11. If the salon is fully booked or unable to provide service upon my arrival at the venue, what steps should I take?
We request you to wait for a moment to avail the service. In case of more (10 – 15 mins) wait time, we request we request you to highlight at feedback@bigcity.in 

12. Can my family, friends, or close ones avail themselves of the service on my behalf?
No, the reward is non-transferable, and your family, friends, or close ones will not be able avail the service on your behalf.
